trying to remove cat from 04 g35coupe 6mt help me

i just got a megan ypipe and testpipes today and i jacked my car up to see if any of my bolts are striped. I hate when i started on the car starting to take bolts out and suddenly see one of the bolt was striped even before i touched it and end up putting everything back on and take em to the shop.
anywayz, all of my bolts that are on the 2 entrance flange of my Y pipe are striped. i tried to torque it with my 17mm socket but it would turn and stripe em more. i asked the shop to check it out and asked the price to install ypipe and testpipes for me they gave me price of $200cash.
here is my first question, how can i take that bolt out? with just tools, without using any mass heating process.. i only have basic mechanic tools on me.

second question, how the hell am i supposed to take out the cat? the upper bolts are facing all different way and there is no way i can fit my hand and loosen it up. when i actually looked at the 1bolt facing at me and 2 bolts facing the engine i was like WTF. no room too lol.... i'm planning to work on it this coming saturday. i know bunch of you guys have taken out stock cat's rusty bolt out at home...
please help me out, i don't want to spend $200 for something that i could do it myself at home.. only if the bolts weren't striped

PLEASE LEAVE ME COMMENTS AND SUGGESTIONSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

Buy 3/8's Extensions, you can reach a lot from the top using about 2.5-3 feet of extensions and a swivel.

youtube 350z cat removal. there is a step by step video.

the remove those bolts, drench them in Liquid Wrench, then wipe them off, then get some grip pliers and grip and turn.

liquid wrench is a life saver. Seriously cut down the timing on my exhaust install. Just sprayed it on there, let it marinate for a little bit and with a little power took the bolts out.

Why didnt you just wait to install both?

If you have a crush type gasket your going to have to install a new one.
