would a exhaust for 350z fit the G???

I'm trying to a buy a exhaust that is made for a 350z.(greddy SE) Its for the 350z so it would be shorter, so it needs to be extended.

does anyone know if a bodyshop can extend it and make it fit right for the G?

I need to make sure before I pull the trigger on this.

Thanks

IIRC, the SE is only a axel back exhaust which means the mid-pipe section would not have to be extended. But the exhaust tips may have to bbe extended to sit flush with the back of the bumper. Any muffler shop should be able to do it. Thats what i did on my Nismo.

Edit: Just checked part numbers and theres 2 different options. One for the Z and one for the G.
My suggestion if buying new just get the right one that fits properly

how do muffler shops extend the tips? cut and weld? does it affect how it looks and performance?
