So, I'm looking at buying a popcharger/heatshield combo from another member, who has a 2007 G35 (yes, 3.5, single intake).

I can't find any info on JWT's website, and I emailed them to no avail. From what I can tell, the popcharger itself is just a conical airfilter, and the only real compatibility issue I could see arising would be the heat shield; am I correct in my way of thinking here? How different is the heat shield from 2003 sedan to a 2007 coupe?

Any input is appreciated

well the heat shield will be fine..y dont u ask the person ur buying it from if your gettting just the filer and heat shield or the z tube also?....i believe u can buy the pop charger and ztube combo or just pop charger..the pop charger is filter and heat sheild..

 

I know what I'm getting from the seller, who has already posted in this thread, and we've had quite a bit of communication. The question I asked is where the compatibility for different years comes into play with the pop charger/heat shield combo.

Looks like we've got it figured out though: 03-07 coupes, and 03-06 sedans, just in case anyone else has the same question.
