Just wondering if this exhaust was carb certified or will pass smog? Thanks!

 

You shouldn't have any problems passing smog, Fast Intentions makes a cat-back exhaut, and such exhaust have nothing to do with emmisions.

 

You should be safe with most aftermarket exhausts and HFCs.
Not from personal exp but that's what I found talking to other guys on the forum after they've gotten their smog test done.
It's test pipes that will give you problems.
