Does anyone know what items I need to clean the pop charger filter? I've had it on the car for a few months and it is really dirty.

 

You can use a k&n cleaning kit, or you can just use a degreaser and let it soak for a bit then rinse it off with the tap. I think you are only supposed to run the water inside to out. Then let it dry and reapply oil (either k&n or jim wolf i you want to keep the blue) and let it dry.
