Ported & Polished Intake manifold

My new best friends Luciano & Mike @ Legion Fabrications Have been working on some Manifold mods for the G , Ported and Polished intake manifold & Ported and polished lower collector thats gasket matched. At the Church automotive Dyno day Mike had a 04 350 Z , He did a baseline then swapped the manifold and here are the results, 9footlbs & 14WHP
the runners are all smooth to the touch, and there is a noticeable difference .
http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b2...e/78e8bd24.jpg

They estimate the gains to be much better on a tuned G , My last dyna pac pull was 304.2WHP ( Don't care if you don't believe it,)

Getting tuned next week , Stand by for install pics , seat of the pants results , and dyno numbers

Wow!
Ok !
This thing works! It was 104 degrees in the valley today , was driving conservatively
all day ! Then all of the sudden i felt an unusual serge of power .
Was not to sure if i was just trippin , so I went hard again ,and the G responded instantly, with faster acceleration than usual .

Fast forward to 10:00pm tonight ,Tell the wife that I'm going out for some milk ()
Hit the 405 South, Oh my GOD ,DIFFERENT CAR !!
The G pulled differently, it pulled hard , but it also pulled fast ......meaning the amount of time that it took to get from 65mph to 85mph was faster than ever before , I'm extremely excited about getting my tune to incorporate the modified lower plenum & ported runner with gasket matching see pic .

Stand by for dyno on Saturday

He has other mods that should be the baseline dyno that he was talking about, but he already did it wrong because he should have done both dynos the same day. To many variables to get an accurate number on what the plenum would put out. Two its reading off a dyno which puts his numbers up which if he was comparing doesnt matter since its about the gain, but dont think you will be at the same with just the intake.

I would like to see some research on these first. You can bring it to any machine shop and they can clean up the inside of the plenums. Find one with a flow bench and then really see the results. Or you can just pull yours apart and get in there with sand paper to smooth it out and call it a day.

OP go get a dyno of the before and after not what you used to have and then what you will have with a tune. Let the guys do the research and post of the results themselves. Sorry i wouldnt just trust somebody elses word on here without any type of insight or valid results.

They won't go up for sale on here until they become sponsors.

Bill please don't post any info about pricing or where to get these from until they become sponsors, thanks.

Pardon me sir. But you are incorrect. I have not dyno yet. Tomorrow we will be dynoing everything. Nither of these two mods have done on my car yet.
These two items were not offered to me on my last dynoday last month.
My last baseline was last month.
We will go and dyno new manifold. Then compare
the numbers. Then we'll through on the modified runner then dyno. Then we'll tune both mods for 100 octane.
I'm so sorry that I couldn't provide the perfect dyno experience for all of you.
I was just trying to share my personal findings with u all.
Those of u that know me. Know that I'm all about power, and honesty.
There will always be a GUY that tells you that you did something wrong.
But that Guy is usually on the sidelines watching the game.

Bill most of us that have been on here for a long time know that you are performance oriented. I trust that the results you post will be unbiased and fair. Any inaccuracies introduced by contributing factors will be explained I'm sure. Just by posting that you dyno'd at over 300hp will cause an argument...again.
