Thanks rockstar, preciate it! Haha and I actually did think about that right after we got it off the lift and I drove it around. I've got a shop that can make them but I just didn't know if anyone would buy them if I did...

Welcome to the custom world. Sounds great, good work.

Isn't it great paying a fraction of the price?

The exhaust sounds great and makes the note sound "full" if that makes any sense. I already have my HKS replica but I know some people would definitely buy. You should make a feeler thread.

If I bought one, it would have to be stainless steel. The winter in NY is ruthless and the salt the city puts down makes it even worse

$220 for shipping... just buy the HKS replica from Marinelli Motorsports on the forum. Give him the business and it will be a lot cheaper.

danielbarbu; IMO TIG welding, T304 Stainless steel, and a price point of roughly $400 USD seems too good to be true. Also, it does not saying anything about what kind of bends they are using on their product. If they are using crinkle or "crimp" bending, this actually closes the overall diameter of the tubing at the bend points, which can disrupt or "restrict" the airflow throughout the tubes. And that is where you run into issues, In some cases cars have seen HP losses (nothing too large unless car is running FI) instead of gains with crimp or crinkle bent systems. Would also like to know what gauge of t304 they used and what it sounds like. Sorry If it seems like I'm shooting down your idea! I just want you to consider all of the things I considered and was advised to think of during the process. Doesn't hurt to have an ex formula 2000 driver/mechanical wiz in the family either . Just trying to lend advice while being objective, hope this helps with your decision

Ups to supporting vendors on the site if you go this route with your exhaust choice

Thanks again rockstar. I was actually hoping to achieve that full sound and didn't really know what direction to go (muffler wise) until i looked back of videos of my old 06 v6 mustang and a friends bmw that had a magnaflow system. So i decided to go out on a lim hoping all of their mufflers produced similar results... either I lucked out or their mufflers are great universal pieces

Launch sounds even better!! Are you going to spray the welds with anything to protect them from the rain and other corroding elements? Maybe high heat primer and high heat paint

Nice. Sounds like there's something rattling though, have you figured out what that is from? You don't have HFC's/TP's so I would assume there's gotta be something else causing it (maybe heatshield)...
