Ryan I don't hear what you are hearing... Maybe it is distortion in the audio? I just used my iPhone 4 to film it so that could be why..? I can assure you it is rattle free though, my ears and eyes are very picky especially when it comes to details about my car ha

Thanks CPJ, and Im glad you brought that up, I had that in the initial plan but I guess i just got wrapped up in the process and excitement. Summit Racing is next day'ing 2 stainless steel flex sections and we will be throwing them on tomorrow, as well as hi temp painting some of the tubing and welds.

You should probably split it up somewhere in the middle with flanges that you can unbolt. It looks sick other than that.

i agree with this statement!!!

so out of curiousity whats the build price at after everything is said and done.piping, install, flex joints, hi-temp paint, and other odds and end things....trying to figure out if its easier to just go aftermarket like motordyne, fast intentions and so forth..I have had all of there exhaust..Injen Titanium Tip Track Edition, Motordyne Shockwave and TDX (Current Setup), Fast intentions Carbon Fiber Catback, OEM Nismo Z Muffler with HR y-pipe.....also had the Motordyne VQ Exhaust setup which is discontinued.

here are all of mine.

G35 Man, thanks for the add to that thread! Ok so with all new odds and ends; add another $53.9 for (2) stainless flex joints from summit racing and another $40 for labor (welding on new joints). So $535.39 for parts, $340 for labor, oh, and $7 for rustoleum hi heat automotive spray. You come out to a total of $882.39. To me it is definitely worth it... I think the sound is truly unique... and I just love being a part of building something for my car and seeing an idea take the exact shape you wanted it to. That part is priceless for me!

If u went that route u might as well do Art pipes and get some real gains.

Alright guys, so I just got done with round two. Added the flex joints that were originally supposed to be on there and hi temp painted (offers corrosion resistance as well) all sections and welds minus mufflers and tips. Here are the pics:

Its like they were meant to be there!

Kinda like the look before paint... but as they say, worth it in the long run. doesn't look bad either way IMO
