PLEASE HELP.....QUESTION ABOUT Pro-1 Silencers

hey i got the pro-1 exhaust and i recieved a ticket for 50$ from a cop for an illegal muffler...........so i decided to put on the silencers.............but when i go to put them on the holes dont line up and i try to move it around and it gets stuck............can somebody give me step by step instructions on how to install the silencers............sry if this is a stupid question........here are some pictures of the silencers................

hmm i dont know much about the pro 1 exhaust. i have the invidia one and i couldnt get mine out. took me bout 2 and half hours tryin to get them out. try using wd40 or mineral oil to help them slide better. also maybe start the car and let it run for a little bit to try and heat the metal up so it expands a little bit.

have those ever been installed? I didn't know they were shipping exhausts w/ the slotted silencers like that. All the ones I've sold and seen don't have the slots. My silencers fit perfectly. They're a bit hard to remove if you don't know how. I can take mine out in 1 minute.

i cant evo its critical that i get these things in but the holes refuse to line up..........this is ridiculous.........i ordered them after i got the exhaust from topspeedauto.com and the guy on the phone told me these would fit perfect.................HELP!!!!!!!!!

If the holes don't line up, then you're very limited in your options.

1. Drill out the holes to the correct spots.
2. Get silencers that have the correct holes.

Why don't you take a picture of the muffler tips and how far off these don't line up?

hey i have the pro 1 as well.......mine are not slotted, and take 1 min to put on and take off......i dunno what to say man.....maybe you need to drill new holes.....or whoever sold you those......GOTCHUUUU -.-
