With stock cats I haven't had a CEL once. It sounds great! The HKS exhaust has a nice throaty tone.

Btw, I want to thank you for you help here. You've been incredibly helpful thus far and I really appreciate it.
I don't even know for sure if I'll end up with the car, but if I do, I may consider a trade for a stock exhaust plus cash.
This sounds like the way to go. From what I hear, HFC's often times need to be replaced after a few years, and if the stock cats sounds good, then hell, I'll just install those.
