Edit: make sure you're car is at operating temperature. i.e. drive around for 10 mins or so pull in, then start the reset procedure. You can sit in your car all day and execute perfect timing during the reset but if you're car is cold you won't have any success. The ECU reset can be performed when car is cold.
This.

Not only does the engine need to be at operating temperature, but the transmission as well... at least for automatics that is.

Assuming you used the proper MAF cleaner, you should be straight. Drive around, warm it up, do the relearns.

sucks, but did you do any research on this forum about this before doing it ?
If so you would have found out that this is a common issue when messing with the throttle body, you have to do the reset like these guys said but it isn't as easy as it seems.

my local dealership was doing some warranty work for me and actually messed up the throttle body and had to hold my car for a few days while they tried doing this procedure few different ways...

anyway good luck

so if the car was fine then why did u do the tb cleaning?

could just be coincidence and the cats time..does the car start right up and rev up and everything? what about idle?

I did the tb cleaning because it was idleing low to point car might shut off put if I press gas it would stay on normally so I thought cleaning the tb might help. My car starts right up but sounds like $hit if Im inside the car while on you can hear the doors rattle from the exhaust since its not breathing right

so as i suspected that everything wasnt perfect berfore doing the throttle body cleaning. maybe the car was acting the way it is because of the cat from the beginning..

well as others have stated id do the relearn procedure. which may solve ur problem...i did this a few weeks ago on my first try with a watch with a second hand. just try that and if it doesnt work id still say its the cat or cats...
