Did you unplug your battery before messing with the TB?

Try a quick search, otherwise someone here will be kind enough to do so and post it for you.

Whata really bothering me is the the exhaust air flow is having trouble its like something is clogged or something it even pops at times. All this happened when I put everything together and turned car on. I drove it down street and the air flow is horrible when I step on it like its trying fight thru

Maybe you're timing during the procedure is a little off. Make sure you use a stop watch or something rather than relying on counting out loud. You're car wasn't running sh*tty before you messed with the TB right?

Then I would keep trying the reset procedures. Some people can do it in 5 mins, some people needed 2 hours lol. Did you touch the MAF at all? I'm assuming you read the other TB cleaning threads?

Edit: make sure you're car is at operating temperature. i.e. drive around for 10 mins or so pull in, then start the reset procedure. You can sit in your car all day and execute perfect timing during the reset but if you're car is cold you won't have any success. However, the ECU reset can be performed when car is cold.
