Cleaned throttle body now problems :( help

How dirty was the TB when you got in there and cleaned it? Theres three likely scenarios going on here:
A. It was dirty enough beforehand that the TB needs the IAV relearn to re calibrate properly.
B. The TP Sensor was failing to which point you'll need a new TB rather than just clean it.
C. It's not even TB related and the issue is coming from the MAF sensor.
These are all likely scenarios that can't really be solved any further through the internet, but hopefully your on the right track by now.

For the ECU reset, yes it does. For the other 2 relearns, no it doesn't.
Here watch this ecu reset video:
It's performed on a Nissan Titan but the procedure and timing is the same and you sorta get a visual as well as an audible perspective on what it should look and sound like in respect to how fast you need to pump the pedal etc.
Good luck.
