ART pipes question

^^ Mine too!! Epic noob fail!!
I run ART pipes w/ stock Y Pipe (XYZ on the way).. I smell it when i punch it but under normal driving conditions, I don't smell a damn thing. And like alfhasg35 stated, only reason why MPG will go down is because you'll have a heavier foot..
Footballmania32 has ur setup TDX2 & ART Pipes.. I've heard it and its freakin awesome! Love it!! Check it out..
** Sorry Sean, I had to post ur vid.. It's freakin sic!! Lol **

Two things you need to be aware of Adil, installing the exhaust and ART pipes you're creating a lean condition which can only be solved by getting a Osisris tune! And, yes you're going to have a very stinky exhaust! That's why I only ran my ART pipes two weeks replacing them with FI HFCs. Install the Motordyne exhaust, save for the extra $500 it will cost you for a tune and then move on....Gary

I think people are nit-picking too much. The exhaust smell without cats is not that bad, so long as your car isn't running excessively lean or excessively rich. It's no different than driving a classic car around.
Also, has the lean condition without a tune been proven? People said the same thing about installing headers on a Maxima, but my car ran pig rich instead.

Here's my dyno on my first tune. You can see the before and after A/F ratio. Big difference. The tune really helps balance things out especially if you have have deleted the OEM cats.

I'm guessing green is before and orange is after?
I'm only running test pipes on my car right now, but I don't really push the car except on occasion. I plan on getting a tune down the road once I get a few more mods done.
I wonder if installing antifoulers to trick the secondaries into reading a leaner condition would be a temporary fix?
