Pop charger vs. RevUp box
The best person to ask would be motordyne. He has a inhouse or close to a inhouse dyno. I he posted a WHILE back that OEM setup made the most power, hence why there is no MD intake only exhaust and plenum mods.
If your concern is how well your Infiniti runs the choice is obvious....revup box. With the pop charger the minute it gets warm will cost you hp due to the metal construction and exposed filter. Our VQ motors absolutely love cool air, if you can redirect air from the grille to the box that works even better SEARCH....Gary
Rev-up cause it was free and comes with my vehicle factory
. Z-tube since it was only $20 from a local my350z member and a high flow dry air filter for less than $36 to provide plenty of airflow and will not effect MAF due to dry filter versus oil. $56 for rev-up with z-tube and a new airfilter and all this will actually help with ensure sufficient cool airflow at all times. Instead you want to spend double and get something that makes a noise and actually robs you of power after driving in the Texas heat or after hard runs when heatsoak kicks in. Search is your best option for you to decide between cost, effect, gains/loss and availability, which one you prefer ?
