There are plenty of threads that cover your question.
It would serve you well to use the search function before starting a new thread.
Thanks!

Pop charger for noise, but can be heat soaked. Rev up to protect from heat soak and a few HP, but not as much noise. Stillen for the best of both worlds. No intake change will get more than a few HP without a tune.

I was asking other's opinions, not for someone to reply with a useless post that I already know about. Get that low post count up anyway you can, huh?
But you're welcome!

Thanks for the useful reply. I'm probably looking at getting a stillen sometime soon, and I already have a tune, so that's useful. Haha.

A person with only 9 posts doesn't really have a say in telling a person what they should/shouldn't make a thread about

a post count doesn't reflect anything. Normally low post count = noob questions. But sometimes those are the readers that search and never need to post up.

Rev-up box is what i have, i never had anything else so i cant compare. I like it for its under the radar type of mod. To random people i'm a STOCK motor. But revup airbox, Ztune, 5/16 spacer, HFC and tune.

Get whats the cheapest! I wasn't going to pay the $100+ asking for a intake that has proven to have VERY little gain. I like the noise it makes tho.

Sounds like what I have. I have the RevUp, z-tube, 5/16th spacer, TP's, and an osiris tune.
Just thinking about getting a stillen intake, haven't decided yet...

I would put the money towards the Mrev2 instead.

I had both. Both performed pretty well. I eventually ran the rev up box because I wanted it a touch quieter. You can't go wrong with either.

Whatever one you get a deal on first = the one I'd go with. But if you run the rev up box, make sure you always run a clean filter

i dont recall there ever being dyno runs with revup vs non revup airbox to prove its effectiveness.

This.
Just because i am new to THIS forum doesn't mean that I'm new to the concept in general. Nor does it negate the validity of my point.
Unnecessary thread is still unnecessary.

Probably within dyno error. But I've compared the non vs rev intakes and the rev up seemed to have a touch more throttle response vs the non-rev box. Makes sense as the v-stack is slightly longer.

I have both the Stillen and stock revup airbox. To be honest, no difference in performance that I can feel but the OEM airbox has better throttle response at times. Biggest difference was that the Stillen is a little louder at WOT.

I already have the RevUp box, so I guess I'm gonna stick with it according to what y'all are saying, haha.

I wanted to actually talk to people and discuss with them their opinions about these two intakes. I like conversing, not just reading. That's the whole point of a forum anyway, to converse and learn new things.
