Need help finding these tips for my exhaust system

Hey guys, in advance any useful response is highly appreciated.

Getting some work done on my 08 g35 sedan, need the following tips for my exhaust. Can't seem to find anywhere, neither can my install man.

They have to be dual tips (totaling in 4 tips) with a 3-INCH outside diameter (on each tip)

They must be staggered

They need to be angled, meaning the left on one and the right on the other, would come out a bit longer and be shaped to fit my custom body kit bumper. Normal flat tips will not look right. They must match the curve of my bumper, not the straightness of a stock one (stock cant fit dual 3 inch regardless)

They must be burnt. (the blue/rainbow look on edge of the tips)

Any help would be appreciated.

Where/How would this be done? Who does it? If its online a URL or website would be great.

My guys customizing most of my piping as it is, assuming he just doesn't make tips as he said he can't find these with any of his manufacturers.
