I've been searching through here but can't really find what I need to know. I just had my tdx v2 + art pipes installed and occasionally I hear a "clanking" noise. Itaalmost sounds like something hitting either the exhaust or TP and mainly happens when accelerating after I'm stopped. Anybody have a clue what it might be? Any help is greatly appreciated

I had the same while accelerating as well or when I let off the gas. It was a metal to metal sound. The art pipes were up a bit too close against the heat shields. Simple adjustment issue and the sound was gone

Thanks! Motordyne shorted me on an exhaust clamp so they overnighted it to me and when I change it out I'm gonna see if that could be what I'm hearing

Let us know how it works out. I had a few hiccups with my setup so I too could provide insite. Good luck.

Turns out the bolt on the driver side heat shield above the art pipe is too long (which I read on here one day but completely forgot) so just cut a little bit off that bolt and now it's perfect lol
