Cats

I took my cats off and put test pipes on I currently took my test pipes off and put my stock cats on and took it to get smoged the next day and it didn't pass because the guy said it was running too lean can anyone help me Ifk what's going on?

is everything else in your car stock? if its tuned with Osiris be sure to put it on the stock calibration. if all stock drive your car for a few days and get your computer to relearn the cats are in place. or reset your ecu and drive it for a few days then get it re-smoged.
