I currently have a Godspeed exhaust on my '05 G Coupe. At times this exhaust drones and is a bit loud. I am thinking of switching to the Borla exhaust. Does anyone have this on their car and what do you think of it?

There's only one way to find the exhaust system you love the sound of, "Hear it in person!!" Attend meets, experience the sound of several systems before you lay down those big $$! What you hear on vids is only as good as the cheap machines they're recorded on! I offer this advice because I went thru 5 exhaust systems (two were sponsored) before discovering what I loved. Borla sound and quality really sucks, almost as bad as Stillen/Magnflow y-back exhaust! Ever wonder they're so cheap?

Yah I would rather run no muffler than the Godspeed and Borla lol I say invidia Gemini if you have a low budget, if money isn't an issue than definitely HKS or Motordyne. Be on the lookout for used systems too! GL

 

Thanks everyone for the information. I would love to attend meets, but there just aren't that many in Michigan or neighboring states(that I know of). If there are meets most of them are for Z's and wouldn't the sound of the exhaust be different from that of a G?

 

Sorry if this is annoying but I personally love my Ark Exhaust.
