Berk HFC or Fast Intentions HFC?
#1
I am looking into these 2 types of HFC and have read good reviews on both of them from older posts, which makes it harder to choose. I wanted to know what y'all think about these two from people that get on here nowadays instead from a couple years ago. I currently have the stock exhaust set up on my 06 coupe but my cats through 2 codes P0420 & P0430.. So I might as well get HFC (Really hoping the codes will go away after installing these.) I will be installing this with my stock set up until I have the funds to buy a good catback exhaust system. I am not interested in Test Pipes as it is my personal preference.
Besides HFC, I am also in the market for an air filter. I have read plenty of good reviews from older posts on the K&N Drop In filter but I've heard bad ones as well. I've read that the oil can mess up the MAF sensor & I rather not have this problem. So once again, I would like to know what y'all think about this. The only engine mod I have is a Z-Tube, so I want a filter that can benefit more from it. If the K&N Drop In is a no go, I'm going with a dry filter. Any help is appreciated.

Fast Intentions are the HFCs I'm currently running, the Berks I paid good $$ for didn't last a year and the manufacture failed to honor their warranty! I've used K&N filters which needed to be cleaned/oiled, never had an issue on 4 different cars. It helps if you read the instructions and don't install them until I've left them out in our warm SoCal sun...Gary
