ConceptZ 3/8 Plenum Spacer Installed
Had a bud that gave me a ConceptZ 3/8 plenum spacer a couple years ago and it's been sitting in my garage. Why you ask? Well, no real excuse other than being too busy with work, etc. Today was the day...
At first impression I have to say that it's a bit underwhelming. I did notice some faint low end punch from the seat dyno, but nothing earth shattering. All in all, in installed easy and ran mostly like normal, which is good in that I had no residual issues from the install.
SO, I did unhook the battery to reset things, but I could never get the ECU reset to work like the instructions outlined in the Motordyne install guide.
Should I give it a bit to see how it goes? Or attempt the ECU reset again? I wasn't expecting much, but I'm having a hard time even detecting that anything changed.

Z-tube is on already and Megan Racing OE-RS exhaust is next. I'll look into a tune after the exhaust is on.
All bolt on's plus an Osiris tune = noticeable increase and fun ride!
Spacers, plenums, intakes, exhaust none of these will give you major noticeable increase in whp until you combine them all with high flow cats and a tune. HFCs alone are worth 7+ whp and a tune 25 to 30 plus additional 18 to 20 lbs. torque!

^Thanks gary c. Thinking a tune is in order after the Megan goes on.
Added a K&N filter and reset the ECU today. Minor increase in under the hood growl and the shifting seems smoother and on point. I'll take it!

And of course, now that I finally decided on the system I want, the Megan Racing OE-RS exhaust is back ordered. Can't find one to save my life. Getting lead times of like June and further.

It's still back-ordered if you are still interested, no production time either. Ended up going with the Tanabe Medallion.
