It's hard to tell, but that looks like the tube that plugs into the bottom of a stock airbox (Stillen intake uses the same tube). All it does is feed cold air to the filter. Although I'm assuming that's a HR engine, I think that airbox design is similar.

Gonna need a better picture to really tell what it is, although the more experienced members will probably know. Make sure to have the camera high enough up to give a sense of where in the engine bay it is.
