Yes! My Injen SES 1992c with the replacement primary pipes still blows! I've come to the conclusion long ago that this exhaust system is horrible. Bascially with this system, I have thrown away over $1K with cost & installation fees. I'm sure the fiberglass is embedded in my black paint forever. I'm throwing this piece of s*** away and buying the new HKS Hi-Power system for my coupe.

thanks for the heads-up. i'm looking for exhaust myself. what pulls you towards the HKS? I've been considering the Borla system.

Clean rear here

I had mine on for 300 miles and have absolutely nothing on my tail end and the new smell dissapated after the first 100. I only did the cat back install and I am very satisfied with the sound decibel levels. Not too loud and not to stock, but trounce the accel and that 3.5L+ sounds like a moaner enjoying the ride. No complaints here

Sorry for the road dirt, twas a little misty that night.

I have had my system for 3 months now and no fiber glass problem at all. Call Duey at Injen and he might help you out. There shop is in Pomona Ca. You should talk to him and set up a time to go over there. Here is his phone# 909-839-0706.

Called him today. He said give it another month and see what happens. He said if I still have the problem give him a call. Sounds like they are willing to help!

Give it another month? Isn't that kinda like saying: The fiberglass can't last forever, just wait until it runs out?

ChuckP -
I would call Duy at Injen rather than email him. I called him and he said the want a month or so. I only have a little bit a blowing glass on my bumper and trunk.

nobody in my family has had much luck with Injen products.. the last one being my Nephews Altima, The car would almost die at 5k RPM's, finally found out it was the Injen CAI that was causing it... I doubt they even test there products, just send them out and see what happens...

haha thats funny, but honestly im very satidfied with injen product, i would highly recomend their CAI and exhaust; sounds, looks and gains are all there, only downfall is the fiberglass issue.

Ey bro, call Ryan Takashima at Injen. Tell him Alex from Phoenix sent you. Ryan is the VP of Operations and one of my dear friends in the industry. Just find out if he can help you out, by bypassing some of the standard bs.
