Why do the vast majority (all?) of these mufflers incorporate a faux 4"+ exhaust tip. It's not for performance as the muffer's base pipe is usually + or - 2".
I'm into functionality and stealth. To me, the 4"+ tips are a might ricey, at least for the G35 sedan.
I'd like to have an option of a 2 - 2 1/2" tip or a dual tip from the manufacturers.
I'm I the one who's out of step?
