Do Exhaust Need CARB Cert.?
This maybe a stupid question, but do aftermarket exhausts like Borla, Stillen, Fujitsubo...etc. need CARB Certification in order to be smog legal in CA? I'm just wondering since I have the Stillen cat back exhaust but never paid attention on this matter. Thx.
