omg... my exhaust tone is so nice, a lot of times i make people turn heads on the street. dont you like the extra hp you get from your fuji? i can definitely feel mine, and i love it. i would never go back to stock... i got too used to this little power boost. (my CAI got so much louder too, which i love!)

Do you guys feel the loss of power at lower rpm after the exhaust mods? I felt a noticeable power drop right after the Borla installation. Not saying it's a horrible thing since the loss of low end power actually helped me drive smoother in the parking lot and stop and go traffic. A 350Z friend informed me that he also lost a lot of torque after Borla install, but he got most of that power back after the Technosquare ECU reflash.

 

You can shoot Demonteverde321 a PM. He has the Borla. I remember him saying that the Borla didn't do anything for his car before he got his R/T cats.

I honestly did not really like the tips of the fuji exhaust...I felt it was a little on the big side and when I drive on the freeway with the stock exhaust, I cannot hear the exhaust at all but with the fuji I could definately hear the exhaust which I didn't like...The fuji exhaust reminded me of the days when I use to have a GSR with the fat-tipped Apex n1 exhaust...and I got this car to get away from that...LOL

 

I just installed back my stock exhaust and MAN DID I MISS THAT SOUND! The only thing I wish was that the stock exhaust looked better.. maybe a polished muffler... is it possible to polish out the muffler?

 

amen to that brother! anyone know a place that can polish a stock muffler?

 

my allignment on my fuji was pushed to the right about a half of an inch as well. but i pushed on it a couple of times and after a while it got a little better. i like my gains from my cat back fuji and i think the sound is alot smoother throughout the band which i like better. the stock exhaust seemed to be loud at start-up and idle also around 3k rpms.

 

The Fuji is such an underrated exhaust. You dont really appreciate it till you have it. I wish I didnt sell mine.
