Yeah I have Pro - 1 y pipe test pipes and headers out to an Nvidia exhaust. It is great. Very mean.

No you can get the whole Nvidia exhaust but I just got the muffler section. Ishould have specified. but it was around $325 to $380 depending on the shop you go to.

The crack start out as hairline cracks, but if you don't fix them they will blow a hole in the pipe about the size of a quarter. Trust me on that I know, it's happened twice now.

Do they sound different when cracked? How do you know they are cracked without visual inspection?

hyper could it be possible that elevated exhaust temps (from the twins) are causing the added stress to the piping?

i PUNISH my exhaust system, it routinely takes a beating from these NYC roads and i have yet to crack anything (knocking on wood).

i HAVE heard, however, that when using test pipes or high flow cats (which don't use the stock U bracket for the cats) that the added weight of the Y-pipe and the exhaust resting solely on the test pipes can cause them to crack in the area where the pipe "bends" up toward the headers (or in your case turbochargers lol). maybe that plus the heat is causing them to fail.
