ok every one i just bought a injen cia..and i am puting it on in a cupple dayz and i wanna know the true hp gains every one says 14 then some say 6 - 10 and i even talk to some one who said 1 hp gain lol so i wanna know whats the gain and is it noticeable and p.s i got a g35 coupe a/t so let me know whats up

 

14hp seems a little too high, the numbers are all over the place. i think around 4-8hp is more realistic. however u will never know unless u dyno the car b4 and after

First of all, it's Cold Air Intake so it's CAI. Second, you won't feel any gains in the drivers seat. You will actually feel the pedal a lil heavier and loss in low end torque. Trust me, I have the Injen as well but I seemed to have gained everything back when I installed my ground wires. However, the sound that any aftermarket intake makes is unbelievable. GL.

No loss in low end here. It pulls the same for me, a little more freely just before it sounds off. Love the sound at WOT.

I had mine installed yesterday. I definately felt the gas pedal a little heavier but at 5000 rpm I do feel more of a kick. The sound is truly amazing. =]
