Would I lose low end with a Fuji or non-dual exhaust? I was told that you lose low end with true dual exhausts which I beleive the HKS is a true dual? Can anyone confirm?

My butt dyno confirms.

I'm hoping my butt dyno is lying to me. It's definitely not a big low-end loss, but it's there. I could tell I lost some low end because when I smushed the pedal I would get a great throw back in my seat. Now when I smush the pedal, I still get thrown back in my seat, but not as quick. I think for all I lost in low end I gained 3 to 4 times in top end.

And with all those cents, I still can't afford to isten to opinions. Fact is, the exhaust does produce meaningful high end power, with a loss of low end. It costs more, but has a high quality worksmanship than most and the price reflects that.

I will cross my fingers and hope that when I put on my Crawford cast plenum along with my HKS/Stillen exhaust (with an ecu reset of course) I will keep that torque feeling in the low end and get massive amounts of high end for kicks. O

Oh and don't forget the Crawford high-flow cats.

the quality on the HKS Hi-Power Dual Exhaust I hear is great along with the sound as well. I have heard many good things about this exhaust, everyone seems to like it.

What headers do you recommend?

Plus, if the cats are the most restrictive part of the exhaust, then will the gains seen on say the Stillen or HKS prove to be as meaningful as just cats and headers with stock exhaust?

I've never seen a dyno curve for an exhaust match the nice parallel shift provided by headers and/or cats since those parts on the stock car blow ***....exhaust (catback) seems fairly decently setup as is.

My favorite are Strup or TopSpeed, but of course others will have other opinions like DC......Nismo quality seems to be ****, and Crawford may be the 'best', but ****, paying 3x the price compared to Strup and 2x the install cost isn't worth it.
