Has anyone installed the Crawford throttlebody yet? If so, what are your impressions? Any improvement according to the butt-dyno? Any negatives encountered? Thanks for the info.

I actually asked the same question awhile ago and the respones, I believe, mentioned that the TB was really for FI applications. Didn't make a difference in N/A but you can runa search for crawford throttlebody or call Doug at Crawford. He is a straight shooter and won't try to sell ya anything that won't work for ya.

 

Supposedly, the throttlebody will only make a difference if you have cams or your going FI. If you have neither, the TB will only add like 1 hp or maybe none.

 

I believe doug is running the throttle body on his personal car, but he also has been through several cam iterations as well. There's a guy over on my350z, by the name of thawk408, that is also running the throttle body. He's got the entire crawford setup. He's been very friendly with me in the past. Shoot him a pm; I'm sure he'll respond.
