why they tell you not to top off your tank.. cause if you fill the charcoal can up with fuel its not gona work nymore..
incase ur still wondering what the dealer was talking about

Hey, I to loooving the exhaust, just installed mine late friday night on my 04 6mt. haven't heard any type of rattling. Is there something different on 05s. I did the install on jacks and just put everything back the way it came off. So make sure thats really the problem before they start doing shortcuts and bending things.

I'm planning on buying this exhaust soon, but I'm plagued with a triangular shaped driveway that already comes close to scraping my stock exhaust. I'm wondering if the HKS (for coupe) sits any lower (at it's lowest point) than the stock exhaust. Has anyone done comparison measurements from the body's underside to bottom of muffler? I'd take that measurement into consideration because ground to bottom of muffler varies (suspension drop, tire sizes, etc.)
I appreciate the input!

When I get on it I don't hear anything...but that could be due to the exhaust being too loud

Some 2300 miles and no rattling. When my car was on the lift, I saw 1 existing bolt on the passenger side that might be a problem. That said bolt is located in-line above the sway bar, some 2 to 3 inches before the final flange assembly. There's about a 1/4 " clearance between the bolt and the exhaust pipe. It hasn't been an issue since the install.

I didn't realize people were still posting on this thread...sorry guys.
Well to update everyone on the situation, it turned out to be a bolt on the exhaust hanger that was contacting the exhaust and causing the rattling.
The shop decided rather than bend the hanger (they said its too risky and not easy since its almost as rigid as the frame of the car and might cause more problems) they would put a small groove with a hammer on the exhaust...they didn't puncture it or anything, but right where the bolt is, they just slightly pushed in the spot that was contacting the bolt.
I noticed it rattled only on reverse after that and again, only at very low RPM's...but lately it hasn't been doing it...not sure why.
I think that pretty much solved it...it seems like not everyone is having the same problem. For me, my car was hit from that side when I got into my accident, and the frame was bent...so that might be the reason why that bolt was so close to the exhaust and was rattling.
Anybody else figure out why there's was ratling?
