Just installed w/ pics: Stillen Hi Flow and OEM Z tube!

I got the hi flo first and then put on the Z tube later. It looks stock; sounds great (Z tube makes a huge difference) ; and my uncalibrated butt dyno estimates a couple of horses.

I just bought the Stillen Hi-Flow intake and Stillen Z-Tube, supposed to get it on Monday. I'm pretty much a novice when it comes to cars, but pretty handy do-it yourselfer, do you have any tips, comments on the install? How long did it take you? What tools did you need? What order did you remove/install the stuff? Any info would be appreciated, thanks a lot.

My mechanic installed the intake for free; I put on the Z-tube w/ a friend. I believe we used a 10mm and 8mm nut driver (have to take off valve cover), phillips screwdriver and some needlenose pliers. Z tube is very easy but it helps to have two people so one person can stretch out the one end (going to air box) while other person tightens down clamp. Best regards;

Thanks

Thanks, set up looks great, and I'm sure it sounds awesome. Did some research and I found these sites with pics and install directions that may be helpful to other people like me.

Z-Tube Install with various intakes, similar proceedures.

Yeah that write up on 6mt is awesome! The before and after sound difference is huge. Now I must save up for my Stillen catback

I can't wait to hear the new sound. I've heard some G's with this set up, and they sounds friggin awesome. I love the way the car sounds now, and when I heard that this mod makes it sound that much better I was hooked, had to have it.
