In my experience, anytime a testpipe is installed you can expect a light. That is why it is there. To inform you that your emissions system or the A/F mix is FUBAR.
The cheapest way to prevent this is the HELP 42002 no-fouler fix. I have had it on for 5K miles and no light. Do a search on how-to.

I installed my UTR resonated pipes on my stock 03 Today. I will post a new topic sometime this week with pics, a review, and sound clips. Initial impressions...they're pretty good.
