So I just picked up my car today with the exhaust installed and man I gotta tell you - Holly S**t!!!!!!!!!!

This has got to be the best system out there. I know they took a bunch of pix of my car today and will most likely upload them by tomorrow.

First Impressions/Review:

Looks -
As you will see, this system is a perfect match for the G with its clean and smart design. The mufflers are just the right size to tease the person looking from behind but not Huge like some of the aftermarket systems currently out there with Coffee cans hanging down (no names mentioned). You will know what I am talking about as soon as the pictures are added to their website www.fastintentions.com

Quality -
There's nothing spared in this department, not just in the high quality of materials but also the professionalism and experience behind each unit. Without mentioning any names - they are about to start production of exhaust parts for some exotic cars for a well know aftermarket car upgrade company. I'm telling you this because these guys are Very good at what they do and it shows in their craftsmanship, facility and passion. Everyone is taking note of their talented people and dedication to quality.

Sound -
Since I just got my car back a few hours ago, I don't have any sound clips yet with the Intimidator exhaust system on but in my own words I can tell you it is Niiiiiice! It keeps the stock Grrroowwl just deeper and about 4x louder. The second you turn the car on you can tell the deep mean growl you are used to hearing from your stock system just amplified more. Keep in mind the only other performance mod on my car is the K&N CAI Typhoon so even if this is your 1st or 2nd mod, you're bound to hear the difference. There's no droning whatsoever! From the inside - it's not unbearable like some other systems but on the same note you still hear and feel the upgrade.

Performance -
Backed by the dyno charts (located on their website), I felt an immediate gain in the butt dyno - By this I mean the car feels a lot quicker off the line lasting well throughout 2nd and 3rd gear. I plan to add the test pipes next to add more power and even deeper sound.

Overall Conclusion -
Besides my own confidence in the work I witnessed the team perform, not just on my car but the various race cars in their facilities, I am also getting major props by other motorists and friends. There's no Riceness whatsoever in the appearance, quality, sound or performance - just Pure power and sexiness desreved by all G35s!

I Highly suggest you take advantage of the current Group Buy not only to get it at a great price but to be one of the first ones to have the system on the G35 coupe. Do not hesitate to PM me if you have any questions and please remember - I HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH FAST INTENTIONS - Just a very satisfied client. Also, don't hesitate to contact them directly by phone or PM should you have any questions.

I'm undecided of if i want to go aluminized or stainless. I'd rather the stainless, but I'd be ticked if people go aluminized and it ends up being like $230 less.

is the ceramic coat on the inside and outside of the pipes or just outside?

My suggestion, for East coast buyers especially - with snow and and salt related issues, or high water/rain areas, would be to go with one of the stainless systems. The stainless will give you the longest lasting system ultimately. The polished version, longer yet, as all the pores are all polished closed as well. I understand the cost issues in the end, performance and sound-wise, there is no difference, though a slight weight difference favoring the stainless.

Perhaps that helps the decision process?

As far as the ceramic-based high heat paint - it is an exterior application only, which also goes to argue for the stainless system in the above scenario.

^ That's kinda funny, lightforce!

I don't think anyone that buys one is not going to like it.

I have now had this on for 4 days now and I am telling you - it only is getting better. the sound is just music to my ears (the 350z vid doesn't do any justice). I am getting more looks than ever. I wish they would put up some pics of my car on the Fast Intentions site or even on the boards here to give everyone a good shot of what it looks like on a G.

As far as picking which kind you want - may I suggest that unless you are going to be in any sort of car shows, just get the aluminized because the parts visible to the eye will already be polished and the rest is tucked underneath the car so you can't see it anyways. The whole thing still looks Bad A**.

I have been getting a bunch of PM's from you with questions so keep them comming.

For those considering the Injen SES vs Intimidator systems - I have heard them both and hands down the Intimidator takes the cake with Deeper note, no distortion at higher RPMs and better looks.

We're really happy you like the system as much as you do! We're trying to get pics up on the board tonight, the website wont get updated for a bit though.

Unless Prodi G does his own clips, we have no plans to do them for a G specifically. The Z and G's are the same engines and systems, so they sound the same - so no need fo rhte extra efforts there.

^ Good to Hear- You will be very happy with this system. My 2 hour commute on the 405 now feels like Disneyland! Whoohoo!

I am willing to do sound clips if Rick can help me out since I don't have the proper equipment.
