The only difference is the Sedan exhaust is only a little more restrictive.
But the 2005 and 2006 REVUP engines clearly dyno diferently from the non REVUP engines. The exhaust on the 2005 and 2006 Sedan also flows a little better than the previous generations. They have a better midpipe.

Wow,
I was referred to this thread b/c I just got an 05 Coupe...5AT rates at 280 BHP and 270 Trq. It appears I have the good lower plenum, which would make sense since I have more torque than the 05-06 REV up 6 spd Engines that only have 260 Trq, but I would love the 298 BHP too...so do I only need to get the phenolic spacer or what? Also, I think this was asked, but this whole thread is a Chinese Firedrill...so I will ask again...Will The Crawford V5 Upper Plenum work with this spacer/lower plenum (That I believe I already have) or not?

So can you please make it clear for me as well? I now don't have any thing, my car is just stock, NON REVUP egine (03 G35C).
To get the MREV+, I'd have to send in my lower plenum as a core exchange + $122. That'd gain me ~8hp (not WHP right?) - The 2nd Graph
That alone, if I want more power, I can get the uper plenum spacer, that'd be something different and independent. (gain show by 3rd and 4th graph?)

G35s, Crawfords, and MREVing
From those who are keeping score, here is the actual breakdown of Infiniti VQs in G35s, and my best theories as to the differences:
Now, my understanding is that the MREV package and the Crawford both effectively increase airflow thru the intake plenum. The Crawford simply makes the upper plenum non-slanted and equalizes the runners, where the spacer increases all runners' headroom and the lower plenum changes equalize runners 1 & 2 to the others.
So, the question of whether the spacer and/or lower plenum mods help when you already have a Crawford, IMO, would be answered as a maybe and a probably not. The lower plenum changes do the same thing as the Crawford is designed to do, so I doubt there'd be much improvement there. The spacer in theory could increase airflow with the Crawford, or it might not.
So there are my theories. I'd love for someone with a Crawford to buy one or both of these suckers and dyno them to prove it.
Thoughts?

There are a few mistakes in your info
for instance, the 2005-06 motor for the AT is NON REVUP and
they don't have a VVTe and higher RPM..
