Good Mod List?
Hey Guys I am not new to this forum but getting into as you say "Mod Hell" Soon, and i want to know from you guys what a good mod list would be. Like from first thing to do to the last thing to do... I have a 04 Coupe, with a rouge short shifter, pulley set, and ztube k&n Filter combo, so far. But i want to start putting parts on the car such as 3.5"Weapon R intake, Motordyne 1/2" plenum, headers(prolly top speed, or strupp), High Flow Cats(crawford or Kinetix), And not sure about the rest of the exhaust...can't decide to keep stock sound our not but maybe a stillen, hks, or pro 1 exhaust. Then strut bars and suspension things later, but i just wanted a little help in the order i would buy everything and put them on in. Would recommend the order i went in? Please help a noob out thanks

Agreed. I'd like a little heads up on this too. So far I've done the clear corners. Just picked my car up from the dealer again today after getting the aero installed. Looks great. Next comes tint and clear bra. Then I'll start going for the easy bolt-on engine mods. I've seen some posts that some of the intakes actually reduce low-end power. Is this true?
Also, I'm not quite clear on grounding wires. I didn't see many posts that explained them very well. I've heard it helps with shifting and such but only for the 5ATs. I have a 6MT so should I not worry about those?

id get the plenum spacer first, then get a y-pipe and exhaust. headers should be last b/c they are such a PITA to install and will probably cost as much your headers. highflow cats are good too, or test pipes are cheaper too
and yes intakes have been proven to lose power down low. maybe a 1-3hp gain. your best bet is either Stillen Air box, or stock airbox with K&N filter and z-tube. thats what i have and i love it.
