Paint Peeling off Splash Guard

Hey everyone... just purchased my coupe a few weeks ago and when I washed it the other day I noticed some of the paint peeling off the rear splash guard on the passenger side. Anyone else have this problem? I am a little disappointed but I am going to take it back to the dealer to be fixed. I guess little things can happen, no matter what you buy!

i had same problem...on 05 coupe, brilliant silver... paint was VERY thin over plastic with little to no clear... rocks and road debris chewed it a new one... i ordered new splashguards from grubbsperformance.com and then coated the impact area with 3M invisiblemask... so far, so good...

It happens to my rear splash guards too. I noticed the chips will keep cracking away because it doesn't seem to bond with the plastic. Overlap the existing chips with several coats of touchup paint before it gets any worse.
