Hey guys, so I did a search and really couldn’t find the answers I was looking for. I’m interested in getting a new body kit for an ’04 coupe. I was interested in the kenstyle kit but I found out that the front bumper only comes in glass and I’m only interested in getting polyurethane because accidents do happen. My question, well one of them is what front bumpers can I get in polyurethane? I’m looking for the full front bumper not just a lip. My other question regards the Nismo parts. This may sound stupid but if I order the Nismo front bumper does it only come with the lip or both the lip and the bumper? Regarding the Nismo rear bumper again may sound stupid but is the entire bumper or is it just the insert around/between the exhausts?

 

The authentic Nismo front bumper I believe is made of fiber glass. Your better off getting the replica in polyurethane. And for the nismo diffuser. It's just a insert not the whole bumper. Hope that answers your question. I know the same person selling the polyurethane nismo bumper is in the works of making a replica kenstyle kit in polyurethane. Automotivemods is the maker. I pmed him recently and is going to take poll on who wants it. I hope that they do make it, just like you I don't like anything fiber glass due to accidents, pot holes, etc.

 

do you know how is gona make the kenstyle replica? if you do could you please pm me his name so i could try and persuade him...cause man that kit looks raw and the kenstyle rear bumper is poly correct??? and as for side skirts what do you think is the way to go???

 

ppl always ask if the nismo bumper is just a lip.. but its not! If you just compare it with the stock one you will see that the 2 inserts are way larger than the stock ones.. meaning theres more to the bumper than just a lip. So yeah its a whole bumper.

nismo front and rear you get both if its authentic......very few authentic kits are made of polyurethane

 

The authentic sedan Nismo is poly and the coupe is fiberglass.
