This is not a case of parts with GOOD / PERFECT fitment, painted and installed them and then changed your mind about it. This is simply FAULTY product from their production process as they already acknowledged. BTW, they should pay for the shipping for the new parts also.

I totally agree with your statement and I stated the same facts to them as your are pointing out, that the parts are useless to them either way. Their response: "With this certain mold, also known as a "memory mold" you can shape them in any which way through certain equipment" The Mod City says this is a response from their boss. If polyurethane can be remolded that is news to me.
