**PRODUCT REVIEW** Ebay OEM style wing for Coupe (Awesome paint & price) PICS
So my boss (who also drives a coupe, Caribbean blue though) asks me where he can find a paint matched wing that isn't as expensive as the factory rear spoiler. After looking on Ebay, I come across this seller. ( autowingandspoilerking)

keep in mind, I have absolutely nothing to do with this seller, I don't know him and in no way am I affiliated with him. I just thought this info might be useful to others thinking of buying an OEM style wing...
I ordered the wing for my boss, and It arrived professionally packaged on my doorstep 5 days from the time of purchase. Total buy it now price was $141.00 shipped! I was really nervous on how it would turn out, seeing as the price was so low, but I was very pleasantly surprised...
The wing is made of blow molded ABS. The paint on this wing looks as good if not better than the factory finish (It has 3-base coats and 2-clear coats) And the color match is dead on. It came with all the necessary mounting hardware, instructions, a full size template to lay on the trunk, and it also included the LED brake light pre-assembled, basically ready to install.
The wing utilizes the same bolt template as the factory wing, but it is not exactly the same as stock, as far as style is concerned.... The main difference is the underside that houses the LED light. As you can see by the pics this is the main difference. On top, the wing has the same lines & shape as Factory.
Anyways, I'll let the pics speak for themselves. I just thought I would share, seeing as I was very pleased with the professional service I received from this seller, and the extremely nice product they sent me. Price, value, service, and quality are all awesome... I highly recommend this product. Hope that helps anyone who might be considering a wing.
Cheers, Jon.

i recall a member on this forum who jsut recently bought a car with aero package, but it didnt come with a wing... he brought it back to the dealership who then installed a new wing, and it turns out that the fitment was half-as5 and LED lights were also different... perhaps this is the wing that the dealership got?
but on a lighter note, that wing does look pretty dang close and that paint is awesome.

Requesting a follow up in the future. Some spoilers have been known to show signs of stress after driving with them for a while. Paint starts to spiderweb, spoilers start cracking... some even start cracking and show the seams! But they all looked perfect when they first installed them.
Sorry to dig up such an old thread. I'm interested in buying one of the spoilers from autowingandspoilerking but I'm a little concerned about the paint quality over time.
DRAGMODE and BlackOutG: How the paint has held up on the spoilers over the years for you guys?

^does that really matter?
even if it fades a year down the road and you end up repainting it.......you'll still pay less then you would for the original OEM spoiler.

Yes it does. I wouldn't want to deal with the hassle of getting the spoiler repainted at all. If it turns out that the paint job isn't that great I would rather request an unpainted spoiler from autowingandspoilerking and get it painted somewhere else, or shop somewhere else all together.
Hey, I want to get a spoiler for my car as well. I am not as concerned about the paint, because like Joker said, if I have to repaint it in 3 or 4 years it's still 1/3 the cost of the factory.
Anyway, my concern is, how is the installation? Is it complicated(as in, do I need to take it to a shop?) or can I do it at home? Mind you, I have never done this before...
thanks for the help!
