As for the bumper, I don't know man. Fiberglass and urethane, its a toss-up.
What part of Miami are you in? Are there any meets any time soon with other G's?

doesnt matter if its urethane or fiberglass...both of them when it got it...u need to repaint the bumper...the paint will scrape off so u going to paint it no matter if its urethane or fiberglass....
when having a big impact both got ripped off......fiberglass is easy to repair...but urethane ...lot of jobs...that cost more $$
i think good fiberglass are better than urethane when talking about repairing and painting....im not talking about paper thin cheap fiberglass...
btw one more thing...my 03 stock bumper did started to sag...
urethane r are better?...i dont know

I would definitely go for the urethane kit. I've had kits made from plastic (Reiger for my BMW), urethane (Oettinger for my Audi), and fiberglass (Data Systems lip for the g). Of all the kits, the Data Systems held up the worst. The lip cracked, the paint chipped, and the mounting/drilling points eventually chipped. Stick with the urethane kits, they'll last longer.
