so my dealer replaced both window motors cuz they said they were shorting out and resetting them didn't work. (i've had them reset twice already)

everything is working great. but a couple days later, i roll down my driver's window with the door open and i hear this scrapping sound as the window goes down. i roll it up and then down...scrap! there's a vertical scratch deep into the glass...it's real thin but if i had tint (which i was about to do) then it would of scrapped my tint off for sure. when the door's closed, its fine. i made an appointment to go to the dealer and have them look at it, but has anyone had this problem? i think when they reassembled my door, they must of misaligned something.
