^^^i didn't paint it, i just sanded it and had a friend spray it...i used a medium grit paper until it took all the color off, then went back with a fine grit...it looked like brushed aluminum when i was done...it was then primed ans painted with a semi-flat black...finally, a couple clearcoats and called it a day
