hey guys, been a my350z.commember since 03....first post here, i have alot more experiance with the Z,albeit so, i still gota noob moronic question

i recently broke my passenger side rear view mirror , now is the entire assembly the same as that of the g35? so what im asking is, could i possibly fit G35 rear view mirrors on my Z? are they interchangable? fitment issues?
any insight would be appreciated.
