Hey guys, just wanted your opinion on what I'd pay to have my ebay roof spoiler painted to match my OB sedan. First shop I called wanted $275! I didn't think I'd pay more for paint than I would for the spoiler itself. Let me know your thoughts, thanks!

is it a lip style or is it bulkier? what material is it?

 

That's the pic from the auction. It's the same spoiler that Buckeye and several other members have purchased. I think Buckeye got his spoiler and grille painted for $70 so that's why I was so surprised to hear 275.

$190 painted? I mean, this IS a $32K sports sedan and I want it to look like it but that means I'd be paying more for paint than I would for the actual part. This is the first time I'll be having anything painted so I'm learning but is $190 within the range I'm looking at to have this thing done? I mean it can't be any more than 3 1/2 ft. by 10 inches or so. I was thinking I'd pay under a $100.
