Tinting side view mirrors? headlights in eyes!
Tinting side view mirrors? headlights in eyes!
I love the auto dimming rear view mirror, but for some reason my driver side side rear view mirror reflects light from cars behind me at night. It seems like my passenger one dims the lights though!? Anyone have this problem? I'm about ready to tint em at a shop...should be like $20.

yeah, I had a g35 behind me and i could barely keep my eyes open. Ill post pics if I do it. Im sure a shop can do but the draw back might be that its on the outside of glass and not the inside. It might scratch easy too.
i think there was a thread a month ago about this... i see no reason why you couldnt do it.. im ready to do it myself whenever i get around to tinting my car.. if i do... ill take pics with a car behind me shining in the mirror too.. but ive had the car for a year and havent gotten around to tinting it yet so you might have to wait a while.. LOL.. im a lazyass...

I have 35% and it still bothers me. and what about those nice summer nights when you wanna cruise with the windows down and sunroof open, but you can't because the person behind you has these bright @$$ lights shining off your mirror into your eyes???
Ill figure somethin out, as klumzee said it will peel it 2 years...but I would pay 20 bucks to two years of blocking out that headlights. Ill post when Im all done
