Under carriage cover ripped off!

Yo,

I don't exactly know what it's called.. but it's a plastic (?) cover on the bottom of the engine that connects to the front bumper/lip of the car. It's connected to the bumper with 5-6 clips. Anyway, I guess mine got loose and dragged on the road.. and now it's done. Lol. As of right now, it's taped onto my front bumper with duct tape.

If you know the part I'm talking about and know what it's called. Please let me know. Also, if you have any suggestions on how to replace/fix this, I'd appreciate it very much.

Thanks,
Jeff

yea Jeff,

thats the undercarridge engine cover and you can buy a new one at the dealer for just over 100.00 I think... very easy to replace with the car jacked up...

I just run w/ out mine now and I don't miss it... I guess it helps with airflow under the car tho but I regularly drive 100+ and dont miss a beat.

No need for it. I scraped away my first one and spent $140 on getting another one...that was a waste because I scraped that one away too. Now it's all ripped out.
