Force of the air that goes under your car will actually push it out from behind the bumper due to that vertical piece that's hanging from the bumper at around 120mph. And it will scrape like a Motha Fvcka.

I came up with a few ways to attach it and I'm going to attempt it today.

hey joker, if u take off the middle plastic piece will that be okay? Will the bumper bend more at hi speeds without the middle bottle piece and only having the plastic sides connected to the bumper.

You have to take off the 90 degree angle. Because at hight speed wind resistance will rip out the plastic that it's attached to and it will scrape on the ground.

And mounting the sides of the bumper is not enough also

Same thing will happen even without the angle. So just drill holes through bumper and black plastic right in front of holes that angle piece attached to and use zip tie


Here how mine looks like

As you can see I drilled holes in front of nuts where bolts that held 90 degree angle piece went in.
You need two ppl for that. One need to be drilling under the car and another needs to be holding/pushing on the bumper from the top. For this you need to take the grille out for better access.

Then just put a zip tie through both holes and you are done.

Fastest I went with that set up is 130 mph and nothing happened.
I could not go 75 mph before it was not attached and 90 degree angle removed. It would just fly out and start scraping.

thanks for the pix... going to try to attempt to install mine today.

U know, I was quoted 650 out the door for painting the front nismo (removing tow hook) and also stripping and blending the side fenders (around the head lights) and hood (lower portion) due to major rock chips. Is that too cheap?

Damn 650 just for the paint? A lot of guys here were talking $600 out the door paint and install for the Nismo.

I'm not getting this part.

I think it's not that bad as long as they do a good job.

You can prolly find it cheaper somewhere.

mine mounted up just fine to my stock ARC underbody panel!







i will get pics of the underside once i get back home..Im out of town right now.

You mean your bumper reached the holes in which 90degree angle piece goes in?

yeah i mounted all my holes back into the factory spots....or at least all my holes were mounted back on my ARC underbody panel...The one issue was that there were no holes drilled into the mounting spots in the bumper so i mounted it onto the car and drilled holes into where it had to go...i even used the OEM metal clips for the OEM screws to be mounted back in.

Where did you get the bumper.


Your bottom piece could have been longer. If you got the replica polly one.

yeah but that piece on the bottom is just an additional glued on after the Mold

So chances are that it could be diff on every bumper.
