Does anyone know if its true , I was told that all the seats have the heating element in them but if your car didn't have the heated seats the only thing it didn't have was the switch installed. I know it sounds dumb but i do know sometimes its cheaper for a manufacturer to build things all the same way for the purpose of production line and they will just turn off or not hook up certain parts.
